Fully condensing gas methanol alcohol based fuel steam boiler

1. The design, production, supervision and inspection of condensing boilers are strictly carried out in accordance with the "Safety Supervision Regulations for Steam Boilers", JB/T 10094-2002 "General Technical Conditions for Industrial Boilers", JB/T 1619-2002 "Technical Conditions for Manufacturing Shell Boiler Bodies" and the corresponding boiler standards of the destination country, ensuring the long-term safe and stable operation of the boiler.

2. The main body of the steam boiler is a shell type fully wet back flow three-way smoke tube structure. The flame burns under slight positive pressure in the large combustion chamber, fully extending, with low combustion heat load and low emissions of harmful substances such as NOx.

3. This quick installation boiler adopts a waveform furnace core and threaded smoke tube structure, which not only improves the strength but also meets the needs of various parts for thermal expansion.

4. The main welding seams are all connected by automatic welding butt joints and undergo X-ray and ultrasonic non-destructive testing to ensure welding quality.

5. The boiler has a large water volume and gas space, and has strong adaptability to load. Design a reasonable pot device to ensure that the water carrying rate of steam is less than 4%, meeting the high requirements of users for steam quality.

6. Adopting a new type of thermal insulation material, it is lightweight, has less heat loss, and has good insulation performance.

7. The water level alarm uses stainless steel as the electrode rod and polytetrafluoroethylene as the insulation material. Inserted from above, it is not easy to get dirty, reliable in performance, and has a long service life.

8. The front and rear cigarette boxes are connected by hinges, which can be easily opened for convenient and fast maintenance and repair.

After being equipped with a condenser, the exhaust temperature of the steam boiler is reduced to below the dew point of water vapor, fully utilizing the remaining latent heat of vaporization of water vapor after fuel combustion, increasing boiler efficiency by more than 100% (calculated based on low heating value), while reducing NOx emissions, making it clean and environmentally friendly.
