Overview

The fully automatic water injection insulated boot (glove) testing device can perform voltage withstand tests on insulated boots, insulated gloves, and insulated caps. The test platform can conduct voltage withstand tests on 8 insulated boots, insulated gloves, or 6 insulated caps simultaneously. The insulated boots are subjected to dry testing, with steel balls added as the inner electrode and soaked sponge on the outer electrode. The insulated gloves use water as the electrode inside and outside, and are automatically refilled.

1、 Characteristics and main functions

3) The insulated boots are subjected to dry testing, with steel balls added as the inner electrode and soaked sponge on the outer electrode. The insulated gloves use water as the electrode inside and outside, and are automatically refilled.

4) The insulation gloves are fixed with polymer insulation material. Lock the gloves on both sides inside the swan's mouth for precise positioning, in order to automatically inject water. The clamping mechanism has no conductive components and meets the insulation requirements. After the test is completed, gently pull out the swan beak to easily remove the insulated gloves.

5) Equipped with an insulation cap test placement slot, the test sample can be fixed for testing.

6) Each test sample in the high-voltage measurement and control unit is equipped with a fast high-voltage breaking mechanism. When any one of the test samples breaks down, the test sample will automatically detach from the high voltage without affecting the progress of the test.

7) The high-voltage measurement and control unit of the test bench uses 8-channel AD converters to measure leakage current, which is transmitted to the main test bench control system through infrared communication technology for data display, processing, and storage.

8) The high-voltage measurement and control unit is powered by lithium batteries. When the test sample is filled with water, the high-voltage measurement and control unit rises to the top and automatically grounds and connects to the charging electrode for automatic charging.

9) During the testing process, the test bench uses LED digital tubes to display parameters such as leakage current of 8 test samples.

10) The experimental platform adopts a 7-inch color LCD touch screen operation, and achieves fully automatic operation through sample and parameter selection.

11) The experimental platform has multiple detection functions such as water level detection in the water tank, position detection of the test sample, and height detection of the test sample, ensuring the smooth progress of water injection.

12) The experimental platform software can set different sample parameters. Based on the parameters, the experimental platform automatically sets the distance from the glove cuff to the water surface according to the standard, while ensuring consistency between the inner and outer water surfaces.

13) The test bench has a chain protection function.
