ZY-WHY06Fully automatic paper thickness tester(with tightness function) is a fully automatic high-precision paper thickness detection instrument developed by our company according to national standards. It adopts a touch screen control system and a fully automatic testing method. It can be completed with one click and can be operated alone or set to continuously test to reduce errors. It is used to detect the single-layer thickness, layer thickness, and banner thickness difference of paper within 6mm. It is professionally suitable for accurate measurement of the thickness of paper, thin sheets, plastic films and other materials within the range.

Testing principle:

Under the specified static load, use a thickness gauge that meets the accuracy requirements to measure the thickness of a single sheet or a stack of sheets according to the test requirements. The results are expressed as single-layer thickness or layer thickness, and the single-layer tightness or layer tightness is calculated based on the quantitative and single-layer thickness or layer thickness of the paper or paperboard.
