The instrument testing method complies with the safe flash point testing methods ASTM D6450 and D7094, and the test results can replace the ASTM D93 Binsky Martin method.

The ignition protection technology is an inherent unique design of the instrument, with only 1ml of flash point sample required for testing, no open flame, continuous cup closure during the testing process, and automatic explosion detection. The controllable air compensation function is used to prevent fires and irritating odors. The automatic opening and closing system of the sample chamber ensures absolute safety during the testing process.

The human-machine interface of this instrument is user-friendly, and all valves operate automatically, without the need for manual intervention throughout the entire experimental process. It can automatically obtain test results based on specified testing methods and support LIMS transmission for current and historical records.
