Precautions for operating automatic heat sealer

After the setting is completed, conduct a trial sealing to confirm that the packaging effect meets the standard before batch operation.

Homework safety protection: It is strictly prohibited to touch the heat seal and high-temperature components with hands during the homework process, and the protective cover must not be opened while the equipment is in operation. If there is any abnormal sound or odor, immediately cut off the power and troubleshoot after the equipment cools down.

Daily maintenance: Clean the heat seal and workbench in a timely manner after each use, regularly lubricate the transmission components, and keep the equipment running smoothly. When idle for a long time, the power should be disconnected and dust and moisture prevention measures should be taken.

Emergency response process: In case of accidents such as burns, immediate first aid measures should be taken and medical attention should be sought; Equipment malfunctions must be repaired by professional personnel, and unauthorized disassembly of equipment is strictly prohibited.
