This instrument adopts a pulsating tangential flow multi-stage stable pressure filtration method to achieve fully automatic extraction, concentration, purification, and liquid exchange processes of extracellular vesicles from samples; Widely used in scientific research on extracellular vesicles from cell supernatants, animal body fluids, and plant extracts;
1. Main functional parameters:
(1) Sample processing volume: includes two sample processing modes: 10 μ l-500ml and 10000ml. Different types of filtering units can be used to achieve different sample extraction processes;
(2) Supporting sample types: various body fluids, stem cell supernatants, plant plasma extracts;
(3) Sample position supports test tube types: storage tank types between 15ml-450ml;

The four different pore sizes of membrane packs used by the equipment for filtration are stored in the first filtration tank (particle size in the first filtration tank is 200-450nm), the second filtration tank (particle size in the second filtration tank is 100-200nm), and the third filtration tank (particle size in the third filtration tank is 30-100nm), which can be selected according to user needs.
(13) Temperature control: The product is equipped with 7 weighing sensors, 5 pressure sensors, and 2 temperature sensors. It adopts a fuzzy PID control strategy, which can intelligently identify the filtering unit and automatically achieve concentration and purification of different volumes of extracellular vesicles, achieving full process temperature control;
