Before each test operation of the fully automatic acid value tester, connect the two pipelines of the extraction reagent and neutralization reagent, and perform the emptying operation before conducting the test, otherwise it will affect the accuracy of the measurement.
Precautions for using acid value tester:
1. Before using the instrument, it should be noted that the instrument casing is well grounded to the three core power socket.
2. Before each test operation, connect the two pipelines of extraction reagent and neutralization reagent, and perform the emptying operation before conducting the test. Otherwise, it will affect the accuracy of the measurement.
3. The test reagent is a volatile chemical reagent. After each experiment, it must be removed from the pipeline and the bottle mouth must be tightly sealed.
4. At the end of each experiment, the compression plate of the peristaltic pump should be opened from the peristaltic pump to prevent deformation of the hose due to long-term compression.
5. If the pressure tube in the peristaltic pump is found to have lost elasticity and aged, it should be replaced with spare parts.
6. For oil samples with particularly high viscosity that cannot be tested by the instrument, 2mL of extraction reagent should be added to the oil sample first and then tested by the instrument.
Warning: If the instrument malfunctions, the power should be cut off in a timely manner. Please have professional technicians repair and eliminate the fault before continuing to use to prevent accidents!
Operation steps for using the fully automatic acid value tester:
1、 Preparation before use
1. Before using the fully automatic acid value analyzer, carefully read the user manual.
2. Carefully read the People's Republic of China standard GB/T264 "Determination of Acid Value of Petroleum Products", understand and familiarize yourself with the preparation work, test steps, and test requirements outlined in the standard.
3. Prepare various testing instruments, materials, etc. for testing according to the requirements specified in GB/T264 standard.
4. Check the working status of this instrument, which should comply with the working environment and conditions specified in this manual.
5. The casing of the inspection instrument must be in a good grounding state; The power cord connected to the heater should have a good grounding terminal.
6. Strictly follow the methods specified in GB/T264 standard for operation.
7. Check for any damage to the appearance of the instrument and ensure that all plugs are properly inserted. Only after confirming that there are no errors can the instrument be powered on.
2、 Usage method
1. Turn on the power switch and display the startup interface.
2. Operation on this interface
Historical data key, press this key to enter the query interface, which displays relevant information about the last 6 experimental tests, which can be viewed or printed.
Users can press the historical data button to view historical data.
If the user wants to print this query result, they can press the print data button.
Press the OK exit button to return to the boot interface.
To start the experiment, press the enter button to enter the parameter setting interface.
3. Parameter setting
After entering the settings interface, you can set the test parameters by pressing the function keys. The cursor item on the settings interface is a positioning indicator for parameter settings. When the cursor moves left or right to a certain value, the experimental parameters can be set by pressing the numerical increase or decrease button. The concentration of the neutralizing liquid is a fixed value [0.036] and cannot be modified. Press the clock setting button to enter the time setting option. Once the clock is set, press the OK exit button to enter the exhaust interface for the test.
4. Exhaust operation
If there is gas in the liquid input pipeline of the instrument, it will cause inaccurate input of liquid and affect the accuracy of the test. For this reason, exhaust operation of the pipeline should be carried out after secondary use and each time the pipeline leaves the liquid bottle. Before exhaust, place an empty cup at the outlet and press the extraction exhaust button to exhaust. When liquid flows out of the outlet, press the exhaust stop button and then exhaust the neutralizing liquid pipeline. The operation is the same as above. After the two exhaust channels are completed, press the OK exit button to enter the test oil cup placement interface.
5. Sample oil cup placement
Pour the oil sample to be tested into a clean oil cup washed with petroleum ether, with the pouring amount based on the scale line of the oil cup, and place a stirrer. Place other oil cups counterclockwise with the outlet as the cup when placing. Press the OK exit button to enter the test interface.
6. Test interface
After entering the test interface, press the test start button, and the instrument will automatically start injecting quenching solution into the sample, followed by titration with neutralizing solution. The color of the sample gradually changes, reaching the end of the sample acid value detection. Automatically perform second cup injection, titration, and detection. Until all sample testing is completed. And display the detection results in sequence separately.
7. Printing at the end of the experiment
After all experiments are completed, press the print data button to print the current experimental data, as shown in Figure 7. Press the 'Exit' button to end the experiment or continue the experiment.
8. Pipeline cleaning
After all experiments are completed, the catheter should be removed from the test reagent bottle and the reagent should be sealed. Then put the two pipelines into the petroleum ether bottle separately, enter the exhaust interface, and clean the two pipelines separately according to the extraction exhaust and neutralization exhaust. During cleaning, an empty cup should be placed at the outlet.
