Online solution:

The near-infrared spectrum of the material measured at the site is collected and the spectral signal is transmitted to the host's detector; The key component content of each measurement point is predicted using S-Cal software, and the measurement results are transmitted in real-time to the DCS control room through the online monitoring software S-Online, providing accurate and timely data information for production monitoring, process adjustment, quality control, etc.
