Software features:


S-IR: Operating software. Chinese version operating software suitable for Windows 7/10, with graphical instructions and simple operation, used for controlling, sampling, and spectrum processing of spectrometer host.

S-Cal: Modeling software. It has the functions of fully automatic optimization modeling, manual modeling, and data prediction, and can transfer data models between different FTNIR instruments.

S-Seq: Automated operation software. Linking spectral acquisition, model calling, result prediction, and other operations together, users can perform simple operations to automatically complete sample measurements and directly obtain measurement results.

S-Online: Online monitoring software. Control the spectrometer for uninterrupted measurement, transmit the measurement results and equipment status to the DCS control system, and use various mainstream communication methods (4-20mA, Modbus, Profibus, etc.)

Online solution:


Master10 can be expanded into an 8-channel online detection host, where each channel is connected to a probe or flow cell on site through a near-infrared dedicated fiber optic cable. The near-infrared spectrum of the material measured at the site is collected and the spectral signal is transmitted to the host's detector; The key component content of each measurement point is predicted using S-Cal software, and the measurement results are transmitted in real-time to the DCS control room through the online monitoring software S-Online, providing accurate and timely data information for production monitoring, process adjustment, quality control, etc.
