Food Deoxidizer Leak proof Powder Performance Tester

Pressure testing is a common testing method that simulates the external forces that packaging may experience during actual transportation and storage, such as compression and collision, to test the sealing of the packaging. The tester injects a certain pressure of gas into the packaging of the deoxidizer. When the pressure inside the packaging increases, if there is a risk of powder leakage in the packaging, the powder will leak out from the gaps or weak areas under the pressure. At this point, the high-precision sensor equipped on the tester will act like a sharp "little guard", monitoring in real-time whether there is powder present in the external environment of the packaging, as well as the location and degree of leakage. For example, when the weld seam in a certain part of the packaging is not strong enough, under pressure, powder will seep out from the weld seam. The sensor can quickly capture this change and transmit the signal to the control system for analysis and processing, making the powder leakage problem nowhere to hide.

Vacuum testing is also one of the important detection methods. The tester places the deoxidizer packaging in a sealed vacuum environment and uses a vacuum pump to gradually reduce the pressure on the outside of the packaging, creating a pressure difference between the inside and outside. In this negative pressure environment, if there are tiny pores or cracks in the packaging, the powder inside will be sucked out. Testers can determine the anti leakage performance of packaging by observing whether there is powder adhesion on the surface of the packaging, or using specialized detection devices to detect the presence of powder particles in the vacuum environment. If there are quality issues with the packaging material itself, such as tiny pinholes, during vacuum testing, powder will leak out through these pinholes and be detected, accurately identifying the "minor defects" in the packaging.
