1、 System Overview:
MC-The WPK fog culture control system is used to control the EC/PH in nutrient solution, as well as the temperature and humidity of the environment, CO2, Real time monitoring of crop growth environment parameters such as root temperature, water content, leaf surface temperature, and leaf surface humidity. According to program settings, maintain appropriate root water content, reasonable EC and pH, and reasonable environmental temperature and humidity programs.
This system can be connected to a computer and has an interface style consistent with WINDOWS, complete memory management, and friendly and intuitive human-machine operation.
2、 Monitoring and control function:
MC-The WPK fog training automatic control system consists of a main controller, sensors, control nodes, and other equipment. Real time monitoring of the current status of various greenhouses, including indoor temperature, indoor humidity, indoor carbon dioxide concentration and other collected information, as well as the on/off status of various devices. Set the operating parameters of each greenhouse, such as temperature target value, humidity target value, carbon dioxide concentration target value, as well as the on/off time of the equipment, through the controller or remote upper computer software. Comprehensively analyze the collected data and use manual or automatic methods to measure and control the entire crop growth environment, in order to achieve a reasonable environment for crop cultivation and growth. At the same time, data query systems and printing systems can be used to record, query, and print historical records and other data at any time. Various environmental data can be statistically analyzed by year, month, day, and hour to find the maximum, minimum, average, and other information of any time period, ensuring the rationality of the growth environment.
The data collection part is an important part of implementing automatic fog training. This system uses internationally advanced technology for professional moisture sensors, which convert the magnitude of water suction into a standard 4-20mA current signal. Bury the sensor in the soil and place it at the root of the vegetation. Multiple sensors should be placed in representative positions to reflect the average moisture content of the entire block. EC sensors and pH sensors detect the conductivity and acidity of irrigation water to determine how much fertilizer and nutrients need to be added.

Root spray water pump, mist water pump, CO2 air supplement, heater, fan, fill light and other equipment.


The logic of root spray is as follows:
Ensure that there is currently a plan in operation.
When the indoor temperature is greater than the upper limit of indoor temperature and the indoor humidity is less than the lower limit, the root spray scheme is set as Scheme I.
If the indoor temperature is lower than the lower limit of indoor temperature or the indoor humidity is higher than the upper limit, the root spray scheme is set as Scheme II.
Scheme I and Scheme II are: turn on the spray water pump for X seconds and turn off the spray water pump for Y seconds (Scheme I is different from Scheme II in X/Y)
The logic of air fog is as follows
When the indoor temperature exceeds the upper limit of the indoor temperature, execute X3 and Y3 time intervals, that is, execute X3 seconds and temporarily Y3 seconds for fog, in order to achieve the cooling effect
When the indoor temperature exceeds the upper limit of the indoor temperature, the fan runs and the heater switch is turned off
When the indoor temperature is below the set lower limit, turn off the fan and stop the fog execution cycle. Turn on the heater switch.
The logic of indoor carbon dioxide is as follows
When the indoor carbon dioxide concentration is below the lower limit, turn on the carbon dioxide switch, and when the carbon dioxide concentration is above the upper limit, turn off the carbon dioxide.
The lighting logic is as follows:
Count the total number of hours when the lighting exceeds the set upper limit.
8: After 00, if the current lighting duration is less than the set total lighting duration, turn on the lights for supplementary lighting. Make up for the remaining time and turn off the lights.
More devices and sensors can be equipped according to user needs.
