Flow type online turbidity meter

Overview: Online turbidity meter, also known as online turbidity analyzer, online turbidity monitoring instrument, and online turbidity detector, is a water quality online monitoring instrument with a microprocessor. According to the measurement method, it can be divided into input type online turbidity meter, flow type online turbidity meter, and integrated online turbidity meter. The online turbidity meter is an industrial online monitoring instrument designed to measure the inlet and outlet turbidity of municipal sewage, industrial wastewater treatment processes, water treatment plants, river detection, etc.

Working principle: The flow-through online turbidity meter uses an infrared sensor transmitter to transmit light waves that are absorbed, reflected, and scattered by the measured object during transmission. Only a small portion of the light can reach the receiver, and the transmittance of the transmitted light is proportional to the concentration of the measured medium. The turbidity concentration is calculated by measuring the transmittance of the transmitted light.

Structural features: The complete measurement system of the flow type online turbidity meter mainly consists of two parts: the instrument (secondary instrument) and the online turbidity meter sensor (primary meter). The sensor contacts the measured aqueous solution, and the instrument displays the concentration, temperature, and working status of the aqueous solution. The secondary instrument has functions such as data storage, historical recording, alarm recording, etc.
