Product Introduction

If the flat end DNA fragment needs to be connected to a T vector, Taq DNA polymerase needs to be used to add an A tail to the flat end fragment before it can be complementarily connected to the T head of the T vector. This kit provides all the ingredients needed to add A tail, and the entire process can be completed in about 20 minutes.

Operation steps:

1. Flat end PCR products are purified by PCR cleaning (non-specific amplification) or gel recovery (non-specific amplification).
