Five point heat sealing tester

Function

Heat seal the plastic material according to the set heat sealing parameters (heat sealing temperature, heat sealing time, heat sealing pressure) and prepare heat sealed samples. It can produce 5 heat sealed samples at a time, achieving rapid sample preparation.

Principle

The instrument controls the temperature of one lower heat sealing knife and five upper heat sealing knives according to the set temperature; Under the control of the foot switch or automatic control conditions, seal the sample with the set pressure and time to produce a heat sealed sample.
