Measuring principle-complete3D measurement
The S Neox Five Axis can rotate the sample and measure a series of 3D shapes at the same height on the circumference. The SensoFIVE software combines a series of individual 3D morphology information of the same height to obtain an accurate 3D surface of a high-precision circular sample surface. Then merge different heights, and the system can provide complete shape information on sharp edges and critical surfaces.

Connect adjacent surfaces-Measurement greater than90 degree angle
Measuring complex surfaces with steep angles is very difficult because shadow effects can prevent you from obtaining complete measurement results in a single acquisition.
