The flying safety meter/electrostatic meter has a minimum current resolution of 0.1fA (10-16A), which can meet the weak current measurement needs of most scenarios. The built-in 1000V voltage source of the high resistance meter supports measuring resistance up to 10P Ω (1016 Ω). When studying material properties or determining device performance, it is often necessary to measure limiting currents and resistances such as fA/P Ω, which traditional digital multimeters (DMMs) cannot achieve. The TH2690 series flying safety meter/electrostatic meter provides a resolution of 0.1fA current measurement and 10P Ω resistance measurement, which enables material measurement and can meet current and future measurement needs.

The measurement speed is generally determined by the integration period in the integration setting, which is usually an integer multiple of the power frequency period (PLC). On the premise of providing sufficient average times to avoid the influence of power frequency noise on measurement, the shorter the integration period, the better.
Due to the relatively slow reading rate of traditional instruments, they are unable to capture fast transient signals. The TH2690 series has a data reading rate of up to 10000 readings per second, which can capture more precise responses of the tested device.

The TH2690 series can display test results in real-time in a graphical manner on the main interface, showcasing the dynamic characteristics of the device under test (DUT). There are two types of graphs: curve graphs and histograms.

The TH2690 series has a real-time, automatic ruler histogram display function, allowing you to adjust measurement settings in a timely manner without the need for data processing after measurement. The histogram is displayed below the measurement data, making it easy for you to compare the accumulated data on the histogram with the real-time measurement data.

TH2690 can determine and sort the test results. There are two modes to choose from: Grading and Sorting, and up to 7 judgment conditions can be set. The setting interface is shown in the figure on the right:
The Grading mode refers to executing limit judgment until a failure is encountered, outputting the current failure bit, otherwise continuing with the next limit judgment, and if all pass, outputting the last pass bit.
Sorting mode refers to performing limit judgment until a qualified jump is encountered, outputting the current qualified bit, otherwise continuing with the next limit judgment, and if all fail, outputting the last failed bit.
