1、 Scope of application

3、 Equipment features
1. The material stays in the heating tube for a short time,Especially suitable for evaporation and concentration of heat sensitive materials and materials with low concentrations that are not easily crystallized. Can feed continuously and discharge continuously;
2. The evaporation temperature is relatively low, and the efficiency and evaporation temperature can be selected according to customer requirements;

The falling film evaporator is a process in which the feed liquid is added from the upper tube box of the evaporator and evenly distributed into various heat exchange tubes through the liquid distribution and film formation device. Under the combined action of gravity, vacuum induction, and airflow, the liquid flows in a uniform film shape from top to bottom. During the flow process, it is heated by the shell side heating medium, and the liquid vaporizes. The generated steam and liquid enter the separation chamber of the evaporator together, and the steam and liquid are fully separated. The secondary steam enters the next effect evaporator as the heating medium, thus achieving multi effect falling film operation.
