Overview

The fabric tactile tester is an independent measurement module that decomposes the physical properties of the front and back of the fabric into heat flow, compression, bending, surface friction, and geometric roughness. It integrates these modules into a testing platform to collect multiple physical indicators of the fabric in the warp and weft directions, as well as heat flow, compression, bending, surface friction performance, and surface roughness during a single measurement process. Based on these physical characteristics, combined with subjective tactile evaluation of the human body, the softness, smoothness, and warmth of the fabric can be further evaluated, thereby assessing the comprehensive contact comfort of the fabric.
