This product has excellent waterproof, dust-proof and anti-corrosion properties. The protection level reaches IP65, and some models can reach IP66. It can work stably for a long time in the environment of rainstorm washing, high humidity, dust, salt fog or weak acid and alkali corrosive gases. The internal electrical components adopt high-quality contacts and sealed structures, with clear operation feel and reliable action. The product supports flexible combinations of emergency stop buttons, indicator lights, toggle switches, ammeters, voltmeters, digital displays, buzzers, and other components to meet local control and status display requirements. Its insulation resistance and dielectric strength meet national standards, with a rated working voltage of AC220V/380V and a selectable rated current of 10A to 63A. It has strong short-circuit withstand capability and good anti vibration performance, suitable for various industrial sites.

The shell is mainly made of high-strength glass fiber reinforced polyester or stainless steel 304 material. Glass fiber reinforced polyester has excellent insulation, impact resistance, aging resistance, and flame retardant properties, with high surface glossiness and resistance to discoloration. The stainless steel shell is treated with fine wire drawing or mirror finish, which is resistant to strong corrosion and suitable for marine climates or strong acidic and alkaline environments. All exposed fasteners are made of stainless steel material, and the sealing ring is made of weather resistant silicone rubber, which will not harden or crack after long-term use. The operation buttons are made of corrosion-resistant materials, and the indicator lights are made of high brightness LEDs, which have a long lifespan and low energy consumption.

The standard model of this series of products is the SF CZ series, where SF represents three defenses and CZ represents the operating column. Customized models such as SF CZ 8A indicate an operation column with 8 buttons, SF CZ 4A2D indicate an operation column with 4 buttons and 2 indicator lights, and SF CZ 1J indicate an emergency stop button. Exclusive models can also be assigned based on the customer's project number for easy on-site identification and management.

The product is widely used in chemical, petroleum, metallurgical, power, sewage treatment, port terminals, tunnel engineering, food processing, pharmaceutical workshops, agricultural irrigation stations, outdoor pump rooms, mining ground facilities and other places. Especially suitable for situations where on-site control of equipment such as electric motors, fans, water pumps, lighting circuits, conveyor belts, valves, etc. is required. In humid and dusty environments or environments with corrosive gases, this product does not require additional protective boxes to be installed. It can be safely operated by directly installing it next to the equipment, greatly simplifying on-site wiring and improving reliability.

packaging

The products are packed in high-strength corrugated cartons, with shockproof foam or pearl cotton insulation lining inside. Each operating column is positioned independently to prevent collision and scratch during transportation. All exposed buttons and indicator lights are equipped with protective caps, and threaded interfaces are equipped with dust covers. A waterproof label is affixed outside the box, indicating the product model, quantity, production date, and inspection status. For export orders, we can provide plywood wooden boxes or fumigation free pallet packaging that meets international transportation standards. The box comes with installation brackets, sealing gaskets, and spare fasteners.

Instructions for Use

After opening the box, please check whether the product model and accessories are complete, and inspect the shell for any damage. Please confirm that the power has been disconnected before installation. Choose wall mounted or pole mounted installation according to on-site needs, and use randomly attached brackets for fixation. The installation surface should be flat and firm. The cable is introduced into the shell through a waterproof joint, and the stripping length is appropriate. Connect the power line, control line, and signal line to the corresponding terminals according to the wiring diagram, tighten the screws, and check if they are secure. All unused inlet holes must be sealed with specialized sealing plugs. After the wiring is completed, cover the housing and tighten the stainless steel screws to ensure that the sealing ring is evenly compressed. Before powering on, please confirm again that all buttons and switches are functioning properly and the indicator lights are displaying correctly. In daily use, sharp objects should be avoided from puncturing the sealing surface. It is recommended to check the sealing condition and fastener status every six months.

This product provides a 12-month free warranty service from the date of manufacture. During the warranty period, any malfunctions caused by manufacturing quality issues will be repaired or replaced free of charge by the company. Provide 7x12 hour technical consultation and remote guidance. For urgent on-site issues, after-sales engineers can be arranged to arrive and handle them within 48 hours (excluding remote areas). The company supports drawing confirmation and trial production services for non-standard customized products, and on-site installation training can be provided for bulk orders. All products undergo withstand voltage testing, insulation testing, and full functional inspection before leaving the factory, and a testing report is provided. After sales service does not terminate due to product discontinuation, and long-term supply of vulnerable parts such as sealing rings and button components ensures that the product can be maintained throughout its entire lifecycle.
