The FLP300A interface expansion rheometer is developed and produced by AFES company. It is an advanced instrument specifically designed for characterizing surface properties, studying interface rheological properties, and measuring surface or interface tension. The interface expansion rheometer is an instrument that enhances the performance of the LB film analyzer and is specifically designed for measuring the interfacial expansion viscoelastic properties. It can measure the interfacial expansion viscoelastic properties of oil/water or air/water interfaces.
Using four different working modes for work:
1. Constant speed motion mode;
2. Sinusoidal velocity motion mode;
3. Exponential velocity motion mode;
4. Interface relaxation motion mode.
It can analyze and calculate the frequency spectra of the interfacial expansion modulus (ε), interfacial tension phase (Φ), steady-state interfacial expansion viscosity (K), real part (ε ') and imaginary part (ε ") of interfacial expansion viscosity, as well as measure and study the basic relaxation process of the interface.

Technical features of FLP300A interface expansion rheometer:
1. A small range surface tension sensor that accurately reads changes in surface tension values and monitors changes in surface tension values and film pressure using a special platinum plate suspension.
2. The powder mobile LB slot can be removed.
3. The LB slot is specially designed and does not use organic glue to avoid contamination. It is made of a single piece of pure polytetrafluoroethylene that is easy to clean, reliable, and durable. It is hydrophobic and not easily contaminated, and the substrate membrane pressure changes are small.
4. Automatically calculate surface tension and membrane pressure difference.
5. R-A, π - A, r-t, and π - t curves can be plotted.
6. Constant membrane pressure can be set for LB film transfer.
7. The centered lifting well is beneficial for the uniformity of monolayer LB deposition.
8. Heat/cool the aluminum substrate through an external circulating water bath to control the temperature of the sub phases.
9. By adjusting the horizontal adjustment feet of the frame, the LB slot level can be quickly and accurately calibrated.
10. Sliding obstacles can move repeatedly, compressing and expanding.

FLP300A Interface Expansion Rheometer Warranty:
The company provides on-site training on installation, debugging, operation, and maintenance. When there is a problem with the instrument, a response must be received from the user within 24 hours. If on-site handling is required, confirmation must be made within 72 hours. Free warranty for 1 year from the date of acceptance, conditional warranty for 2-3 years, and lifetime maintenance. This clause is only applicable to domestic users.
