  • FB3010 is a specialized spinning machine tool launched by our company for the moldless molding of large fan air intakes, impellers, and other components.
    This equipment is mainly used for CNC forming and punching production of the front plate and air inlet in the fan industry. It also has the functions of cylinder flanging and punching, which can greatly improve production efficiency.
    The device is a specialized spinning forming machine with highly integrated CNC functions. It adopts horizontal CNC spinning forming and can be used for CNC forming of the front plate or air inlet of the fan through inner and outer spinning of the circular ring. At the same time, by using different fixtures, two spinning wheels can be used for flange flanging and punching of the straight barrel body. The flanging shaft adopts hydraulic control to achieve angle and speed control for flanging and workstation conversion. By replacing internal molds of different specifications, it is possible to achieve flanging and punching of fan housings with diameters ranging from 500mm to Ø 3000mm (maximum flange outer diameter). The number of punching parameters and the shape and size of the flanging can be set on the software. In addition, the expansion shaft can be equipped with hydraulic expansion and contraction flower discs, which are used for processes such as flat plate flanging and cone flanging spinning.

    The equipment adopts Siemens CNC system to drive servo motor and hydraulic proportional servo valve to complete the spinning action, and is equipped with our company's specially developed spinning flanging software, which has the characteristics of simple programming and easy learning. The original electrical and hydraulic servo linkage interpolation technology, as well as powerful molding software support, use 4-axis linkage molding in the equipment, which makes the surface quality of the product far exceed that of similar products at home and abroad, and has been unanimously recognized by customers.
    Over the years, we have provided this type of machine tool to numerous wind turbine customers, including manufacturers such as Shanghai General Wind Turbine and Shangyu Haobo Machinery.
