The equipment adopts horizontal flanging, which can automatically complete the flanging and punching processes in sequence. And according to the processing requirements, plasma cutting can be selected for the flange plate. The flanging shaft adopts hydraulic control to achieve angle and speed control, which can be used for flanging and workstation conversion; The spindle (indexing), X-axis, and Z-axis are controlled by servo motors to achieve angle and position control, and the flanging and punching dimensions are adjusted according to requirements; The spindle adopts servo motor to achieve angle division during drilling.
By replacing internal molds of different specifications, it is possible to achieve flanging and punching of fan housings with diameters ranging from Ø 300mm to Ø 2500mm (maximum outer diameter).
