Product Details

Explosion proof refers to the ability to withstand the impact force and heat of an explosion without loss and still function normally. To prevent the occurrence of an explosion, three necessary conditions must be considered, and limiting one of them limits the occurrence of an explosion. Choose the corresponding explosion-proof instruments and explosion-proof electrical equipment. The standard structures include explosion-proof, increased safety, positive pressure, sand filled, intrinsic safety, and oil filled.

The explosion-proof mark of the battery powered vortex flow sensor is "Ex ia Ⅱ BT4", which is suitable for use in hazardous areas with T1-T4 groups in Zone 0, Zone 1, and Zone 2, which are not higher than Class II Grade B; The explosion-proof mark of the vortex flow sensor powered by safety barriers is "Ex ia Ⅱ BT5", which is suitable for use in hazardous areas of Class II B, Zone 0, Zone 1, and Zone 2 containing groups T1 to T5.
