Explosion proof type thermoelectric explosion-proof type EXdbIICT6 Gb intrinsic safetyProduct Overview:
It has many advantages such as bending ability, high pressure resistance, fast thermal response time, and durability. Like industrial assembled thermocouples, it is commonly used as a temperature sensor in conjunction with display instruments, recording instruments, and electronic regulators. At the same time, it can also be used as a temperature sensing element for assembled thermocouples. It can directly measure the temperature of liquids, vapors, gas media, and solid surfaces in the range of 0 ℃~800 ℃ during various production processes. Compared to prefabricated thermocouples, armored thermocouples are flexible and resistant to high temperatures.

The main principle of explosion-proof thermoelectric explosion-proof EXdbIICT6 Gb intrinsic safety is as follows:
It is the thermoelectric effect, which connects two metal conductors with different compositions into a closed loop. If the temperature of the two contacts is not equal, a thermoelectric potential will be generated in the loop, forming a thermoelectric current. This is the thermoelectric effect. A thermocouple is made by welding one end of two different metal materials together. The welded end is called the measuring end, and the unwelded end is called the reference end. The reference end is usually kept at a constant temperature (such as 00C) during use. When the measuring end is heated, a thermoelectric potential is generated at the junction. If the reference temperature is constant, the magnitude and direction of its thermoelectric potential are only related to the characteristics of the two metal materials and the temperature of the measuring end, and are independent of the precision and length of the potential couple. When the temperature at the measuring end changes, the potential also changes, and there is a fixed functional relationship between temperature and thermoelectric potential, which can be used to measure temperature.
Note: The insulation resistance is expressed in M Ω· m, which is the product of the insulation resistance at room temperature and the length of the armor pair.
For example, 1000M Ω· m means that the insulation resistance of a 1m long sample is
The insulation resistance of a 1000M Ω, 10m long sample is 100M Ω.
For armor couples with a length less than 1m, calculate based on 1m.
Socket junction boxes and armored thermocouples with compensating wires are not included in this example.
