Overview

The battery thermal shock testing machine simulates the battery being placed in a high-temperature box with natural convection or forced ventilation, and heats up at a certain heating rate to the set test temperature and maintains it for a certain period of time. It adopts a hot air circulation system to ensure uniform distribution of working temperature.

Test standard requirements:

After fully charging the battery according to the prescribed test method,Insert the batteryplaceIn the test chamber, the test chamber(Raise the temperature at a rate of 5 ± 2 ℃/min, and maintain a constant temperature for 30 minutes when the temperature inside the box reaches 130 ℃± 2 ℃.

Test result: The battery should not catch fire or explode.

Box Structure:

1. Internal dimensions: 500 (width) x 500 (height) x 500 (depth) mm;

2. External dimensions: 750 (width) x 1100 (height) x 720 (depth) mm, subject to the actual product;

3. The controller is located on the right side of the machine, and the single door opens from right to left. The door observation window is 280 * 280mm;

4. The internal material is 304 # steel plate, with a thickness of 1.0mm;

5. The outer material is cold-rolled steel plate, with a thickness of 1.0mm. It has been treated with powder coating paint (off white);

6. Internally divided into two layers, with two distribution boards;

7. Power on test hole: one hole with a diameter of 50mm is opened on the left side of the machine;

Temperature Control System:

1. Temperature control instrument (program table of Taiwan, China station instrument), program controlled temperature, can be divided into eight sections for control, each section can set the temperature, heating time, output power, the first section of the heating section and the second section of the constant temperature section have a common temperature point, which can be automatically calculated, PV/SV is displayed at the same time, press the key to set;

2. Timer function setting: 1-99.59 hours, built-in temperature control instrument, timing when the temperature reaches, stopping heating when the time reaches, and alarm prompt at the same time;

3. Temperature sensing line (K) type;

4. Output is 3-32V;

5. The current controller is a solid-state SSR relay;

6. The heating element is a high-temperature resistant honeycomb resistance heater;

7. Temperature range: adjustable from room temperature+30 to 200 ℃, commonly below 180 degrees;
