Explosion proof solenoid valves are used in SIS and DCS systems. ZCSB explosion-proof solenoid valves enclose all components of the equipment that may ignite explosive gas mixtures in a single enclosure. The enclosure can withstand the explosion of flammable mixtures that penetrate into the interior of the enclosure through any joint surface or structural gap without damage, and will not cause ignition of explosive environments formed by one or more gases or vapors outside. Components that may generate sparks, arcs, and dangerous temperatures are placed in an explosion-proof enclosure, which separates the internal space of the equipment from the surrounding environment. There are gaps in the explosion-proof shell, and due to the breathing and gas permeation of electrical equipment, there may be explosive gas mixtures inside. When an explosion occurs, the shell can withstand the generated explosion pressure without damage. At the same time, the gaps in the shell structure can cool the flame, reduce the flame propagation speed, or terminate the acceleration chain, so that the flame or dangerous flame products cannot penetrate the explosion-proof gap and ignite the external explosive environment, thereby achieving the purpose of explosion-proof.

Performance and parameters of explosion-proof solenoid valves for SIS and DCS systems:
Explosion proof mark Exd II BT3 d II BT4 manufacturing standard GB3836.1-2000, GB3836.2-2000 shell temperature T3: ≤ 200 ℃, T4: ≤ 135 ℃ outlet interface internal thread M20X1.5 or 1/2 ambient temperature -40~+60 ℃ power supply voltage AC220V, DC24V (other can be ordered specially) corresponding models BZBS/BZQDF/BZBSF/BZCH pilot device usage occasions. The general requirement is explosion-proof environment, and the surrounding environment types are divided into Class I, IIA, IIB, IIC, natural gas, coal gas, liquefied gas and other gases or fluids. Features: Equipped with explosion-proof junction box and explosion-proof shell, hot forged for greater safety and reliability.
