Profibus
The bus interface of Profibus, designed with SlMENS SPC3 integrated chip, realizes all functions of Profibus DP and is compatible with EN50170 standard. The data transmission rate ranges from 9.8Kbit/s to 12Mbit/s, with a data capacity of up to 244 bytes per message. Its response time ranges from several hundred microseconds to several hundred milliseconds, and the transmission medium is shielded twisted pair cable or fiber optic cable.

1. Working principle of electric actuator
The IQ series multi turn intelligent electric actuator is driven by a single-phase or three-phase electric motor, and is reduced by a worm gear to drive the hollow output shaft to rotate. In this gearbox, there is a manual/automatic switching mechanism. When the switch handle is in the manual position, operate the handwheel and drive the hollow output shaft to rotate through the clutch. When the electric actuator is operated, the manual/automatic switching mechanism automatically retracts, the clutch engages with the worm gear, and the hollow output shaft is driven by the electric motor.
The intelligent controller of the multi turn intelligent electric actuator receives standard analog current control signals or switch control signals, and compares them with the position signal of the valve position sensor to position the output shaft of the actuator at the corresponding position to the input signal, completing the positioning control. It can also be positioned at the pre-set position of the control system based on interlocking control, two-wire control, or event signals. Unless the output shaft torque value of the actuator exceeds the rated torque value or the set torque value during operation, the intelligent controller of the actuator will meet the requirements of the control system, issue correct instructions, trigger the solid-state relay, connect the motor to the power supply, and drive the actuator to operate normally.
The IQL intelligent straight stroke electric actuator is based on the IQ multi turn intelligent electric actuator, and is combined with a trapezoidal nut screw, flange bracket, and stroke adjustment mechanism. Convert the multi turn torque and speed into linear motion stroke and shaft thrust.
