Overview of Working Principle

The operation of the equipment follows a rigorous mechanical testing process, which combines hydraulic loading with electronic measurement to accurately reproduce and measure the pull-out performance of anchor components. The entire process is mainly divided into three stages:

1. Test system setup and anchor installation

Firstly, based on the specifications and estimated load of the tested anchor bolt, select and firmly install a three-point support or door type reaction frame on the surface of the test substrate to form a solid loading reaction system. Subsequently, the expansion screws that have been installed and tightened according to regulations are connected to the core loading unit of the equipment - high-precision force sensor and hydraulic actuator cylinder - through a dedicated pull-out connector (such as an internal threaded sleeve or fixture), ensuring that all connecting components are coaxial and centered to eliminate the interference of eccentric loads on the test results.

2. Program controlled loading and real-time data acquisition

The operator pre-set parameters such as loading rate on the intelligent measurement and control instrument. After starting the equipment, the hydraulic system drives the oil cylinder to smoothly apply axial tension, which is transmitted to its expansion mechanism or adhesive through the anchor bolt and interacts with the base material. During this process, the force sensor monitors the pulling force value in real-time, while the displacement sensor synchronously and accurately measures the relative pull-out displacement of the anchor bolt. The measurement and control system continuously collects data at high speed and real-time draws and displays intuitive "tension displacement" curves.

3. Destruction determination and intelligent result analysis

The loading process continues until the anchor bolt is pulled out, the substrate cone is damaged, the screw yields, or the predetermined termination conditions are reached. The equipment automatically records the peak tensile force (ultimate load). Finally, the built-in analysis software automatically calculates relevant parameters based on the entire data, and intelligently judges whether the test results are qualified according to the selected criteria, generating a professional testing report containing complete test curves and key data with just one click.
