Carbon black is a conductive substance contained in rubber polymers. After mixing, the carbon black becomes finely dispersed, the contact between carbon black decreases, and the conductivity decreases. This device analyzes the dispersion of carbon black by measuring conductivity.

This device can eliminate variable factors and obtain highly reliable data by controlling temperature, pressure, and thickness. As long as it contains carbon black, it can be tested whether or not sulfurizing agents are used. It is suitable for engineering management, acceptance inspection, optimizing mixing conditions, improving testing capabilities, etc.
