Overview
The AG-1800 aerosol generator is a portable generator. It is designed based on the principle of occurrence and is a heated aerosol generator. The AG-1800 model has a wider range of applicable flow rates, reaching 50-80000 cfm, which can meet the requirements of efficient filter detection for high flow rates. An aerosol generator is a device that produces smoke. After pouring DOP solvent (or PAO solvent) into the generator container, aerosol smoke can be generated under certain pressure heating conditions. This aerosol smoke is sent to the upwind side of an efficient filter (heating the DOP liquid to form DOP vapor, which condenses into small droplets under specific conditions, removing oversized and undersized droplets, leaving only particles of about 0.3um, and the misty DOP enters the air duct).
Product Details

Portable aerosol generators can be divided into two types based on their generation principles: condensation oscillation type and heating type. Among them, the condensation oscillation type aerosol generator includes AG-220 (with pump type) and AG-230 (compressed air type), two types, and the heating type aerosol generator includes AG-1800.

The aerosol generator can generate dispersed particles with a concentration of 10-100ug/L (AG-230) at a pressure of 20pisg and a flow rate of 50-80000cfm.

An aerosol generator is a device that produces smoke. After pouring DOP solvent (or PAO solvent) into the generator container, aerosol smoke can be generated under certain pressure or heating conditions. This aerosol smoke is sent to the upwind side of a high-efficiency filter (heating the DOP liquid to form DOP vapor, which condenses into small droplets under specific conditions, removing oversized and undersized droplets, leaving only particles of about 0.3 μ m, and the misty DOP enters the air duct).

If there are defects in the high-efficiency filter and its installation, such as small holes in the filter itself or small cracks formed by loose installation, it will lead to the failure to achieve the predetermined purification effect. Therefore, after the installation or replacement of high-efficiency filters, it is necessary to perform leak detection on the filters and installation connections. By testing the leakage rate of the high-efficiency filter, defects in the high-efficiency filter and its installation can be identified in order to take remedial measures.

The aerosol generator and aerosol photometer are used to detect the leakage efficiency of high-efficiency filters. By combining the aerosol generator with the aerosol photometer, defects in the filter, such as pinholes, leaks, gasket leaks, internal leaks, or frame leaks, can be quickly detected and corrected in a timely manner, and relevant measures can be taken to ensure the efficiency of the high-efficiency filter and the cleanliness level of the ultra clean room.

The AG-1800 has a wider range of applicable flow rates, reaching 1500-65000 cfm, which can meet the requirements of efficient filter detection for high flow rates.

The aerosol generator is equipped with a nozzle connector, which is used to guide the aerosol particles generated by the aerosol generator into the upstream of the high-efficiency filter.
