Operation steps and application examples

1. ConnectConnect the tested object and confirm that the voltmeter indicates“０”Turn off the test light and connect the ground wire;

2Set the required value for leakage current testing;

1)Press the preset/test switch;

2)Select the current range gear, 0～2mARange or 2mA～20mARange;

3)Adjust the required leakage current alarm value;

4)pop upPreset/test switch.

4Manual testing:

1)Set the timer switch to the off state, press the start button, the test light will turn on, and turn the voltage adjustment button to the desired indication value;

2)If the leakage current index of the tested object exceeds the specified leakage current value, the instrument will automatically cut off the output voltage, and the buzzer will sound an alarm. The over leakage indicator light will turn on. At this time, the leakage current index of the tested object is unqualified. Press the reset button to eliminate the alarm sound.

5Scheduled testing:

1)Press the timer switch, adjust the timer value, and set the desired test time value;

2)Set the leakage current alarm value,Press the start button to adjust the voltage to the desired test value;

3)as ifWhen the scheduled time is up, the test voltage is cut off and the test light goes out, the leakage current index of the tested object is qualified; If the current is too high, the leakage light will turn on during the timing process, the buzzer will sound an alarm, and the leakage current indicator of the tested object will be unqualified. Press the reset button to eliminate the alarm sound.

6Remote control testing

On the remote control socket of the panelInsert the remote control plug of the high-voltage rod, press the switch on the high-voltage rod, the indicator light on the high-voltage rod will light up, and at the same time, the test light on the instrument will light up. Adjust the voltage to the desired value for testing; To reset, simply release the switch on the high-voltage rod.
