The probe hot and cold stage is designed specifically for testing the temperature dependent electrical properties of samples, used to characterize the variation of material electrical characteristics with temperature. This device integrates an electrical module (including probes, displacement mechanisms, and electrical interfaces) on the basis of an optical cooling table. By moving the probe, precise contact between the needle tip and any area of the sample surface can be achieved. Electrical signals are transmitted to external measuring instruments (such as source meters, digital multimeters, etc.) through probes, signal lines, interfaces, etc., to obtain relevant electrical data and analyze the electrical properties of materials at different temperatures.
The probe hot and cold table can be divided into internal adjustment probe table and external adjustment probe table according to the different probe holders
