Electric single blade notch prototypeIt mainly consists of a notched single blade power head, a sample fixture, and a feed lifting platform. The single blade power head is driven by a motor, which drives the milling cutter to rotate quickly and cut the sample notch. Different types of sample notches use different standard milling cutters.

The sample clamp fixture is used to clamp the sample and can be clamped at onceone or moretrysampleThe feed lifting platform comes with a micrometer head to fine tune the depth of the gap. The feed motor realizes milling and cutting tool feed. Samples can be processed individually or in multiple pieces. Exquisite mechanism, wide adjustment range, fast processing speed, and stable feed.
