3、 Operating instructions

1. Place the rope winding device in the designated position and fix the base by the operator;

2. Connect the power plug to an AC220V power supply and tighten the star shaped handle of the wheel;

3. Tighten one end of the insulation rope onto the stainless steel disc support, place the insulation rope horizontally with the disc, and then step on the switch to make the tightened insulation rope layered clearly;

After winding the rope, loosen the fixed star shaped handle, remove the stainless steel wheel frame on one side, and finally remove the insulated rope that has been wound.
