Electric Vehicle Battery Basic Experimental Platform|Teaching equipmentTechnical Specifications:
1. The battery pack is encapsulated in acrylic and leads out positive and negative busbars for teaching battery principles.
2. Bench: Made of 40 * 80 aluminum profiles and sheet metal mechanism, with four wheels on the bottom for easy movement.
3. The test bench uses four lithium iron phosphate batteries in series, with a nominal voltage of 3.2V for each individual battery and a capacity of 20Ah. The batteries are safe and stable, and the battery pack voltage is 12.8V. The power battery pack leads are made of red 10mm ² cables, and the cable and terminal joints are sealed with heat shrink tubing, which is corrosion-resistant and insulated. The cable is wrapped in orange corrugated tubing
3. The battery pack is encapsulated in transparent acrylic, which visually displays the connection status of the battery pack circuit and leads out positive and negative busbars.
5. The equipment is equipped with a power switch, power on and off the console rack, and an air switch to enhance safety protection. Emergency stop buttons are installed on both sides of the equipment rack. In case of emergency, pressing either button will power off the equipment, achieving multiple safety protections.
6. The experimental bench is equipped with physical components such as light bulbs, resistors, switches, relays, and DC motors.
7. Students can use self-directed connections to light up light bulbs and teach battery principles.
