Escherichia coli residual DNA quantification kitIt is a molecular detection reagent based on fluorescence quantitative PCR (qPCR), used to detect residual Escherichia coli DNA in biological products. This kit is reliable and fast for detection, capable of achieving sensitive (as low as 15 pg DNA/mL sample detection) and specific quantification of Escherichia coli DNA.

Meanwhile, biopharmaceutical companies can also use online testing methods to confirm the rationality and effectiveness of pure chemical Yida. The fluorescence quantitative PCR method is becoming the gold standard for residual E. coli DNA detection, which can detect FG level residual DNA of E. coli within 40 minutes while maintaining excellent specificity and sensitivity.
