This allows the Vanta Element to quickly obtain accurate results in detection environments containing recycled waste and various metals, without being affected by harsh external environments. The Vanta Element uses a dual core processor and Olympus' proven Axon technology, providing the same high counting rate and stability as other analyzers in the Vanta series. It can directly compare alloy grades on the screen, and users can obtain clear material and grade identification information in just a few seconds.

Firstly, the new Vanta Element analyzer comes with waterproof and moisture-proof functions, meeting the IP54 protection rating standard, so there is no need to worry about sudden situations such as rain and falling into the water outdoors. Secondly, the new Vanta Element has successfully passed the drop test from a height of 4 feet (MIL-STD-810G), ensuring that it can continue to operate in the event of an accidental fall or impact. Thirdly, the protective performance is enhanced. Vanta Element attaches a 50 µ m thick Kapton (polyimide) window to a stainless steel panel, allowing users to replace the window in the field without the need for tools. It is worth mentioning that the Vanta Element can maintain normal operation without any concerns within the temperature range of -10 ° C to 45 ° C.

Surprisingly, Vanta Element has optional wireless connectivity capabilities, supporting wireless data sharing between user networks, mobile applications, and scientific cloud systems. In addition, in order to better store the test results, Vanta Element also provides a microSD card and two USB ports for easy data export, facilitating data recording and uploading.
