ESD solid wood electrostatic standard test bench

The ESD static test bench is designed according to the drawings and dimensions listed in IEC61000-4-2 standard and GB/17626.2 for desktop equipment.

At present, our company has two models: ESD-DKFA (laminated board material, economical electrostatic testing platform) and ESD-DKFC (solid wood using pine wood material, high standard electrostatic testing platform).

ESD solid wood electrostatic standard test bench ESD-DKFC adopts the mortise and tenon structure in traditional woodworking techniques, and its characteristics are as follows:

① The entire table body is made of solid wood, with higher stability than plywood materials (plywood, composite panels)

② The table body adopts a mortise and tenon structure, without screw metal (if some solid wood test benches include FA models, screws are still used to fix the corners of the table)

③ A complete set of 4 steps is required to install an ESD-DKFC table body in just 3 simple steps, while the FA model requires over 10 steps for installation

④ FC uses imported pine wood from New Zealand, with a tight material. The table body is reinforced with 25mm wooden boards at the bottom, and the table corners are made of 80mm square columns. The overall weight can withstand 300kg.

⑤ The FC series logistics wooden boxes shipped after April 1, 2020 have saved 2/3 compared to the previous FC submission, and are now similar to the FA packaging wooden box submission. They can be shipped domestically and internationally, as well as outside the province, without worrying about the high logistics costs incurred by large submissions.
