1、 When the battery stem or electronic cigarette is inserted into the nozzle, the suction of the nozzle causes the battery stem or electronic cigarette of the electronic cigarette to be "ignited", and the instantaneous suction force at the time of "ignition" is captured and maintained. The instantaneous suction force is compared with the suction force required by the standard. Generally, there are upper and lower limits for the standard value. If it is lower than the lower limit, the screen will display that the suction force is too small, and the red light for unqualified will light up; If the instantaneous suction force is between the lower and upper limits, the screen displays qualified and the qualified green light is on; If the instantaneous suction force is greater than the upper limit, the screen will display that the suction force is too high, and the unqualified red light will also light up. And after testing each sample, it can automatically reset to zero, making it suitable for rapid batch testing on the assembly line.

2、 When the machine is adjusted to the suction resistance test mode, in standby mode, when the sample is inserted into the suction nozzle, the infrared sensing switch senses it and automatically performs the test. The suction system sucks the sample according to the set gas flow rate (standard requirement is 17.5ml/s). The precision differential electronic negative pressure sensor installed at the back end of the suction nozzle collects pressure data, calculates the pressure drop value using the quadrature method, and automatically captures and saves it every time it is tested. The value is then compared with the standard requirements for judgment: the green light will light up for 2 seconds when it is qualified; If it is not qualified, the red light will turn on. Suitable for rapid batch testing on production sites, with an average testing speed of ≤ 4S.
