Working principle

Pressure/differential pressure transmitter

The tested medium acts on the isolation membrane and transmits pressure to the sensing element through inert liquids such as silicone oil filled inside. E+H mainly adopts two types of sensing technologies:

Ceramic capacitive type (Cerabar series): Pressure causes deformation of the ceramic diaphragm, changing its capacitance value with the back electrode, and the capacitance change is proportional to the pressure.

Metal piezoresistive type (Deltabar series): using a single crystal silicon Wheatstone bridge, pressure causes a change in resistance, which is converted into an electrical signal through the piezoresistive effect.

Differential pressure transmitter

Simultaneously connect the high and low pressure sides, drive sensitive components (such as membrane boxes) by measuring the pressure difference between the two chambers, and the displacement is proportional to the differential pressure, which is then converted into a standard signal.

Temperature transmitter

Use PT100 resistance probes or thermocouples to sense temperature, amplify, linearize, and temperature compensate weak resistance or electromotive force signals, and output 4-20mA signals.

Mass flow meters (such as Promass series)

Based on the Coriolis effect: When a fluid flows in a vibrating pipeline, it undergoes distortion, and its phase difference is proportional to the mass flow rate, allowing for simultaneous measurement of flow rate, density, and temperature.
