TM 300Drum grinderUsed for preparing particles and powders through grinding processes under dry or wet conditions. By using corresponding modules, this multifunctional grinder can be used as both a ball mill and a rod mill. To ensure an efficient grinding process, a sufficient number of balls or rods must be used.
The drum grinder consists of a gear motor installed on a sturdy steel frame, a set of separation grids, and a sample collector. The TM 300 is designed with a yoke and locking device for easy sampling.
The sample capacity of TM 300 can reach up to 20 liters, making it also suitable for scaling up processes.

A ball mill is used to finely grind solid materials under dry conditions through impact and friction. The drum containing the sample and grinding ball rotates around a horizontal axis. When using larger diameter grinding balls, particles are more prone to breakage, while smaller diameters result in smaller final fineness.
