Basic principle:

The high-speed centrifugal spray device for Chinese herbal extracts is the application of centrifugal spray drying technology in the drying of specific materials. It is also a drying device that uses high-speed centrifugal atomizers to disperse materials into mist, fully contact with hot air, complete instant drying, and form powder finished products.

The traditional Chinese medicine extract dryer is specifically designed to solve this problem. The spray dryer for Chinese herbal extracts and plant extracts solves the following problems in the drying of Chinese herbal extracts in the original LPG high-speed spray dryer:

The material sticks to the wall and has a low powder collection rate; The material stays on the wall for a long time, resulting in coking and deterioration of the material; Difficult to clean and does not meet GMP requirements; Low output: LPG -150 spray dryer can only handle 50-60kg/h liquid. Principle:

After being heated by the heater, the air enters the hot air distributor at the top of the drying tower through the blower. After passing through the hot air distributor, the hot air uniformly enters the drying tower and moves in a spiral shape. At the same time, the feed pump sends the feed liquid to the centrifugal spray at the top of the drying tower, and the feed liquid is sprayed into tiny mist droplets. The surface area of the material liquid in contact with hot air is greatly increased, and the moisture evaporates rapidly, drying it into a dry product in a very short time. Dry products are separated from humid air by a cyclone separator, and the dry air is sent to a small cyclone separator for separation through the aggregate cyclone chamber at the bottom of the cyclone separator, and collected in a collection cylinder. The exhaust gas is discharged through a induced draft fan.

The hot air system, blowing system, and air delivery system of the dryer are all equipped with filters such as primary efficiency, medium efficiency, and sub high efficiency. All air entering the drying system is filtered and treated. All parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel, which meets GMP requirements.
