Function

Test the drop resistance of plastic bottles and various hard plastic materials.

Working principle

Two sample clamping cylinders on the lifting platform are used to fix the samples on the lifting platform; Adjust the tilt mechanism to fix the horizontal tilt angle of the sample; The control mechanism adjusts the drop height information based on the inclination angle, and the motor drives the lifting platform to lift to the specified drop height; The sample clamping cylinder releases the sample, allowing it to fall freely; Observe the damage of the sample, record the drop results, and evaluate the drop performance of the sample.
