5、 Usage and maintenance:

1Sampling: Before starting the instrument, install the sampling head onto the weighed filter membrane and open it'switch'Press the key to enter the startup screen and set the sampling time (adjust the time setting position with the left and right keys, and add or subtract the set sampling time). Sampling time setting completed, press'confirm'Press the key to perform sampling. At this time, the internal power supply of the sampler supplies power to the motor through the control circuit, driving the air pump to extract air at a constant flow rate. The dusty air is drawn into the installed sampling head, and the dust is trapped on the filter membrane. At the same time, the timer set starts sampling and timing. After the set sampling time, the instrument automatically stops and the sampling is completed. Record the sampling time, and then take a sample and weigh it. The on-site dust concentration can be calculated according to the formula.

If you need to pause the sampling process, pressJust press the 'confirm' button. Press again'confirm'Press the key to continue sampling.
