Safety risk: Alcohol solvents (ethanol, methanol, etc.) are flammable and explosive. During traditional hot air drying, a mixture of alcohol vapor and air is formed in the atomization zone, which poses a risk of explosion when exposed to static electricity or sparks.
Environmental pressure: Direct discharge of alcohol solvents causes resource waste and VOCs pollution, with limited traditional recovery rates.
Difficult to control product quality: Alcohols evaporate quickly, which can easily lead to premature formation of dense shells on the surface of droplets, resulting in poor particle morphology, uneven particle size, and degradation of active ingredients.
Energy consumption and efficiency: In order to achieve safe solvent residue, it is often necessary to increase the temperature or extend the time, increase energy consumption, and destroy thermosensitive components.
Core solution
The system proposes a dual cooling atomization structure, which mainly includes the following key components:
Chilled water system+chilled water system: Two independent cooling media to achieve "dual cooling".
Connecting pipe, inlet pipe, outlet pipe: Connect the cooling water source.
Installation disk+top plate: supporting and connecting structure.
Cooling pipe: There is a cold water tank inside the pipe wall for cooling the atomization area.
Vertical axis+atomization disc: The liquid enters the atomization disc through the vertical axis and is dispersed into droplets.
Sealing ring nitrogen hole: used to introduce inert gas (such as nitrogen), build a closed loop, and isolate oxygen.
