Traditional single channel signal sources often face problems such as difficulty in inter channel synchronization, phase inconsistency, and complex timing control when dealing with complex testing scenarios. The SSG6M80A series multi-channel coherent microwave signal generator launched by Dingyang Technology can achieve stable output of multi-channel coherent signals for single or multiple devices. The frequency, phase, amplitude, and delay between channels can be independently adjusted, and the relative phase difference adjustment of multi-channel signals is supported.
The SSG6M80A can maintain a phase drift value of less than ± 1.5 ° between channels under full bandwidth for 10 hours (with ambient temperature changes of less than ± 2 ℃), ensuring phase stability during long-term testing. In addition, the SSG6M80A also has phase memory function, which supports quick recovery of the original phase state after frequency switching, helping to improve testing efficiency.

This ultra-low phase noise characteristic can effectively reduce the impact of the signal source's own noise on the testing system when testing high-sensitivity receivers, thereby accurately evaluating the true performance of the system.
In addition to excellent phase noise, SSG6M80A also performs well in spurious and harmonic suppression. The high-purity spectrum output enables the SSG6M80A to adapt well to applications that require high signal quality, such as local oscillator replacement, interference simulation, and high linearity system testing. In terms of output level, the SSG6M80A has excellent power output performance, supporting a wide range of output from -110 dBm to+25 dBm, and can maintain high output power across the entire frequency range.
In terms of amplitude accuracy, the SSG6M80A is better than 0.7 dB under typical conditions. Combined with the power meter control kit, users can easily achieve power calibration and line loss compensation, significantly improving the power accuracy and repeatability of the testing system, providing reliable power guarantee for multi port and large dynamic range testing scenarios.

(3) Flexible modulation capability to meet the requirements of complex waveform generation
SSG6M80A supports FM, PM analog modulation, pulse modulation (optional), pulse train generator, and user-defined pulse sequences (optional), and can achieve the combination of multiple modulation methods.
The SSG6M80A also offers two modes of step scanning and list scanning, supporting linear/logarithmic step and triangular/sawtooth waveforms. The number of scanning points can reach up to 65535, meeting the needs of complex signal simulation and automated testing.

The SSG6M80A is equipped with a high-performance OCXO reference source, which ensures high signal stability and high output accuracy. In addition, the instrument has a complete interface configuration and supports multiple remote control methods such as USB, LAN, GPIB (optional), etc. It is compatible with mainstream SCPI commands and can be easily integrated into various automated testing systems.

(5) High performance amplification module empowers new experiences for broadband testing applications
The 9kHz-26.5GHz broadband amplification module can provide a saturated output power of 26.5dBm in the 20GHz frequency band, with a small signal gain of 11-14dB. Its performance is stable and reliable, and it is equipped with a standard 2.92mm RF interface, greatly simplifying the difficulty of system integration. It can provide strong signal support for various broadband testing applications.
The 16GHz-40GHz high-frequency amplification module focuses on the high-performance requirements of the millimeter wave frequency band, providing higher gain of 17-20dB and saturated output power of 29dBm. Equipped with a 2.4mm RF interface, it ensures excellent signal integrity in the 40GHz high-frequency band and is suitable for applications such as 5G millimeter wave communication and high-speed data transmission.
