condition

1. The inlet temperature of the conveying medium should usually not exceed 60 ℃.

2. The content of particles in the medium shall not exceed 100mg/m3, and the maximum size of particles shall not exceed half of the minimum working gap.

3. The bearing temperature during operation shall not exceed 95 ℃, and the lubricating oil temperature shall not exceed 75 ℃.

4. The pressure used shall not exceed the pressure range specified on the nameplate.

5. The clearances between the impeller and casing, impeller and side plate, and impeller and impeller of the OSR200B direct connected Roots blower have been adjusted at the factory, and must be ensured during reassembly.

6. When the OSR200B direct connected Roots blower is running, the oil levels in the main and auxiliary oil tanks must be between the two red lines on the oil level gauge.

7. Check if there are any loose connections at the import and export joints, and if the supporting components of the piping are complete. The blower and vacuum pump that require cooling water should be checked to ensure that the installation of the cooling water meets the requirements.

Pre startup inspection:

(1) Check the tightness of bolts and nuts.

(2) Check the lubrication condition of the gearbox to ensure that the oil level is at the center of the oil gauge.

(3) Check the parallelism (horizontal) of the fan and motor.

(4) Check the voltage and frequency of the power supply;

(5) Check if all instruments are functioning properly, and promptly notify maintenance personnel to replace them if there are any abnormalities.

(6) Open the main valve on the pipeline and the outlet valve of the fan that needs to be operated, while keeping the outlet valves of other non operating fans in the "closed" state to avoid overloading the fan and damaging the machine.
