Overview

Traditional valve pressure testing equipment (pressure pumps) use pointer instruments to display pressure, which are inaccurate in reading pressure and cannot retain test data (pressure, holding time) or draw pressure time curves. Through digital transformation, pressure can be intuitively read, pressure time curves can be automatically drawn, pressure test reports can be automatically generated, and pressure test data can be automatically saved to the database for quality traceability.

1. Technical features

1.1 The system adopts Modbus communication to collect real-time sensor measurements of medium pressure (temperature), and the AD module converts the collected pressure (temperature) analog signals into digital signals. The upper computer (industrial control computer) VPTS program parses the collected data, displays digital pressure, and records pressure, holding time, etc;

1.2 Efficient and economical system (with low upgrade and renovation costs);

The VPST system is a program developed by the company itself, which has stronger scalability and more flexible upgrades compared to using third-party configuration software;

2.1 Automatic reading of pressure;

2.2 Automatic drawing of pressure time curves;

2.3 Automatically generate pressure test reports;

2.4 Automatically upload pressure test data (directly save the pressure test data to the SQL database);

2.5 The mobile end queries pressure test information through API interface.
