Overview
Traditional valve pressure testing equipment (pressure pumps) use pointer instruments to display pressure, which are inaccurate in reading pressure and cannot retain test data (pressure, holding time) or draw pressure time curves. 1. Technical features
1.1 The system adopts Modbus communication to collect real-time sensor measurements of medium pressure (temperature), and the AD module converts the collected pressure (temperature) analog signals into digital signals. The upper computer (industrial control computer) VPTS program parses the collected data, displays digital pressure, and records pressure, holding time, etc;
1.2 Efficient and economical system (with low upgrade and renovation costs);
The VPST system is a program developed by the company itself, which has stronger scalability and more flexible upgrades compared to using third-party configuration software;
