AbstractBioreactor Data Control SystemAdopting Siemens PLC control, including upper computer program, server-side program, B-end (browser) program, and C-end (PC) program. The server-side program uploads real-time data to the SQL database during system runtime, and performs data queries and other operations on the WeChat mini program through API interfaces.

Technical characteristics:
1Precise temperature control:Using PID assisted scripting to dynamically control the current of the heating package, through program training or long-term system operation, the system will intelligently modify PID parameters and control parameters in the script, further improving temperature control accuracy. Tested temperature controlAccuracy reaches 0.1 ℃ instead of± 0.1 ℃ (equivalent to±0.05℃)Note: The temperature control results shown in the following figure were obtained in the experiment without cooling water. If supplemented with circulating water cooling, the temperature control results will also be further improved.
