By using the Ultraprobe 401 upgraded digital ultrasonic bearing lubrication tester, users can manage bearing lubrication programs and reduce bearing failures. Measure, collect data, and track the usage of lubricating oil.
The Ultraprobe 401 upgraded digital ultrasonic bearing lubrication detector converts the received ultrasonic signals into an audible audio range for the human ear. Users can hear and recognize the sound of the bearings, and also view the decibel level (dB) on the display screen. Users can monitor the amount of lubricating oil used and know when to stop adding it to prevent excessive lubrication of the bearings.

How to use ultrasonic technology to assist in lubrication procedures to avoid bearing failure?
To successfully carry out the ultrasonic assisted lubrication program, first of all, you need to have an efficient digital display detection tool, such as Ultraporbe 900010000 or 15000, as well as a 401 bearing lubrication detector.
When the lubrication level of the bearing is insufficient, friction will cause the ultrasonic level to rise. When the decibel value of the bearing increases by 8 decibels (dB) without any change in sound quality, it indicates that the bearing needs lubrication. The lubrication path and reference value of the bearing can be uploaded to the Ultraprobe 401 bearing lubrication tester.
When adding lubricating oil, the user can know when to stop adding lubricating oil by observing the decibel level decrease to the reference line. Lubrication data can be stored and added to the historical data of bearings.
