PDS differential pressure transmitterWorking Principle:
The PDS differential pressure transmitter measures process pressure through isolation diaphragms on both sides or one side, and the central measuring diaphragm of the chamber is filled with liquid. The central plate is a tensioned elastic element that produces corresponding deformation displacement in response to the pressure difference acting on it on both sides. Its displacement is proportional to the differential pressure, with a maximum displacement of about 0.1mm. This displacement becomes a differential capacitor formed on the capacitor plate, which is converted into a standard output signal by electronic circuits.
The PDS differential pressure transmitter adopts microprocessors and digital technology, so the technical performance indicators of the instrument have made a qualitative leap compared to conventional pressure and differential pressure transmitters. Its structure is more compact, lighter, and easier to operate and use; The stability of zero point is higher, and it is minimally affected by temperature and static pressure. Its measurement accuracy can reach within ± 0.1%. Due to the overall performance improvement of intelligent pressure and differential pressure transmitters, its stability and reliability are higher.
The PDS differential pressure transmitter has the function of checking and diagnosing its own working status. It can determine whether the connection of the handheld communicator is normal, whether various settings and operations are correct, whether the measured parameters exceed the limit, and other multiple items. And it is also possible to check the historical records through the handheld communicator, so that the instrument worker can understand the problem and troubleshoot it.
